The complete detachment of the quadriceps muscle tendon above the knee from a horseback riding accident resulted in a surgical repair. The muscle was attached by creating holes in the lower portion of the thigh bone. What followed were weeks of healing along with immediate intervention of physical therapy. Unfortunately, there were issues with my recovery. However, I have made continuous progression under the circumstances. This is directly attributed to five plus years of intense training with Sam. In addition without the complete use of my leg, I am able to compensate nicely due to solid core and upper/lower body strength to execute normal everyday activities. All part of Sam’s comprehensive programming. Injuries can occur unexpectedly in many of our lives. Being physically prepared helps to protect one from injury as well as to recover more quickly when an unfortunate incident does occur. Training by Seraphim Personal Training is a most advisable prescription for good health.
Determination, drive, and perseverance describe Jake perfectly. Jake and I initially set very specific goals centered around adipose tissue reduction, muscle hypertrophy, and increasing conditioning for recreational sports. After losing 15 pounds and adhering to a regimen recommended by SPT, Jake has re-evaluated his current goals and is already focused on even more results.

Rachelle fully committed to better nutrition, a strict training regimen, and a can-do attitude! After 6 weeks, she lost 15 pounds and an additional 5 after that! Clint continues to wow us with his commitment to training and nutrition. He has now lost a total of 35 lbs and increased his functional movement and performance.
