FIRST SESSION AND ASSESSMENT FOR NEW CLIENTS IS FREE!!

In addition to my specific daily training of clients, I also help construct the overall workout regimens for my clients for the days that they are not with me.  Also, I help construct a nutritional template for their nutritional needs including supplementation. All of this in an easy, open, fun, and detail/goal oriented professional environment.
